Burleigh, in his map of Delhi, New York [gmap] shows that orthogonal street placement doesn't have to stop you from producing a good, well-composed image. It acts, in this way, as a refutation of the work of so many New England birdseye etchers (and of some of the other works of Burleigh, himself).
