This map isn't part of any series, but we have other maps of Minnesota that you might want to check out.
What we're looking at here may be an in-progress copy, or a proof of some sort, of a birdseye that Pezolt was working on for the city of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Unless I'm mistaken, it's a quarter-sized and unfinished version of this map.
I'd love further info proving or disproving this theory. If this is correct, this is the only in-progress birdseye that I've ever come across.

I believe this to be correct. This and the finished map both show the same landmarks of the era. Also, A.M. Smith, a prominent wine merchant and numismatic author appears to be the one who commissioned the map. An ad for his store at 249 Hennepin Ave appears on the roof of the Milwaukee Freight house.
