This map isn't part of any series, but we have other military maps that you might want to check out.
Tomorrow is Armistice Day -- the 94th anniversary of the end of World War I. In honor of the occasion I'm pleased to post this fantastic historical map by Ezra C. Stiles and Paul C. Bowman; two cartographers working out of Pittsburgh that I, sadly, can't find much more information about.
Ringed by lovingly-rendered division insignias, this map purports to tell the tale of the American Expeditionary Force's participation in the Meuse-Argonne Offensive – one of the last American offensives of World War I.
I'm sure there's a WWI buff out there who could give me the mother of all history lessons about this map. I welcome his or her input.

The word “Force” is the operational word for invade…by force…
Huh? Not getting it, Mike, what are you referring to?
Kind regards,
