A beautiful map of late-Tsarist St. Petersburg [google map] Irkutsk (thanks, readers) from Zinovev's Atlas of the Russian empire.

It’s only a city map. I expected an atlas, accordig to the title of the article.

Sorry to disappoint you, guys, this is not St. Petersburg but Irkutsk itself: see words “План города Иркутска” in the top rigth corner.
Yep, Dmytro is correct. “План города Иркутска” translates literally as “Plan of the city of Irkutsk”
