This map isn't part of any series, but we have other maps of California that you might want to check out.
Stylized children's map of Los Angeles in 1934 1932. Made in what was to become a pretty common idiom. Forward-thinking, in that respect.
For more map resources and imagery from this period in Los Angeles's history, check out the California Historical Society's website.

Hello,
I see that a rint can be made of this map, but don’t se how to order it. Can you give me the information for that please?
Thank you, Laureen
This map was definitely made by a Bruin, not a Trojan.
I love this map, but it can’t be 1934 – the Library of Congress Stamp is from 1932. And considering the number of nightclubs shown, I doubt it’s a children’s map. It’s more likely directed to tourists for the 1932 Olympics.
You’re absolutely right. I think it must’ve been a transposition error on my part.
Thanks for catching that.

Fabulous! Interesting that it TOTALLY leaves out the West Valley areas! What a great trip down “Oh, I’ve heard of that!” Lane. Thanks for posting!
Just wonderful. And VERY interesting in its complete omission of any of the region’s waterways.
