Mt. Desert Island, Maine [gmap] is a resort town of sorts, it would appear. This seems to be a G.W. Morris specialty, based on the two of his birdseyes I could find.

His other specialty? Drawing gross-looking turd-shaped hills and strange, square, lumpy, flat towns that look like they were platted on top of Frankenstein's head.
